The Role

This role is a result driven role that will be pivotal to the successful launch, bedding-in and future growth of High Net Worth (HNW) contracts. You will be responsible for welcoming new Dedicated members to Ten and ensuring that they receive truly world class service that results in them converting from prospect, or low user, to engaged and loyal Ten member.

Once you’ve made successful initial contact, your focus will be developing and nurturing a meaningful relationship of trust and rapport to best understand lifestyle needs and challenges to provide members with the very best support. You will work proactively with the members and work alongside Ten’s specialist lifestyle managers to project manage their requests from start through to completion where required.

By working closely with the experts at Ten you will ensure that what we know of our members is well understood throughout the business and used to deliver a tailored exceptional service that we aim for our members to feel they can’t live without. Where your in-depth knowledge of the member means you are best placed to manage their requests, you will.

Success measures will include conversion of potential to Dedicated members in some schemes, proactivity, request volumes and efficiency.

Responsibilities include:

  • Effectively welcoming and selling Ten to current and prospective Dedicated members
  • Having an in-depth understanding of your members’ lifestyle needs, interests and requirements
  • Establish clear, detailed and thorough briefs from members
  • Researching the best options to meet and exceed the lifestyle requirements of the member
  • Proactively offering tailored lifestyle suggestions to your members to maximise the value they get from the service
  • Acting as an advisor and advocate to both the member and your colleagues to facilitate good effective communication, including any required translating of responses to the member
  • Ensure members’ expectations are managed within the agreed deadlines
  • Always act in the best interest of your members, ensuring their needs are met
  • Ensure quality information is held on members’ profiles including their personal preferences
  • Manage member complaints, liaising with the Member Satisfaction team where appropriate;
  • Maintain up-to-date member information, including needs and preferences, on appropriate systems and provide personalised services that are to the highest quality;
  • Act as the primary contact for members and be accountable for individual and group member satisfaction with Ten

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • A fantastic talent for delighting customers who expect the finest service
